ABOUT
When Fernando Ferreira came to Australia, he found he could not find some of the tastes from his youth. So he went about re-creating them.
​
Smoked Chicken Vienna's, an African favourite, was there for Fernando as a child, and still there when he was working - protecting wildlife from poachers as a game ranger. The taste of the ALL-chicken product, hot or cold is great as part of a meal or a tasty snack.
​
In May 2020, he perfected the recipe and now wants to share it with the rest of Australia.
